this is it guys if ya come from jersey ya know what I mean a chili dog with onions and chili no beans DEEP FRIED paterson lodi clifton fairlawn I miss the dogs so hear we go it as close I can get but they are still the best I will not take that away from them BUT ICANT FLY TO GET A GOOD ONE EVERY TIME I CRAVE

1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup mustard
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon allspice
4 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 cup tomato puree
1/4 cup catsup
1 large onion, chopped very fine
8 hot dogs (IN CASEING )
8 hot dog buns

Steps:

  • Fry groundbeef till done add next 11 items add 1/4 cup onion from the chopped onion and simmer sauce for 30 min.
  • fry hotdogs in crisco till they crack.
  • put dog on bun then sauce onion and mustard.
