1 cup milk (I used 1%)
1/4 cup light cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon extract
1 tablespoon whipped cream (optional)
1 tablespoon marshmallows (optional)

Steps:

  • In a small sauce pan combine the milk and cream.
  • Warm-up on medium heat to steaming. Be careful not to boil the milk.
  • Add other ingredients and whisk until well mixed.
  • Pour into mugs and top with whip cream or marshmallows.
  • Enjoy.
