Great to bring to a party! Bring different colors to match themed events. These are so much better than most of the ones you get at bars. You will need to find the 2oz. plastic cups and lids from your local restaurant supply store.

Ingredients

1 (3 ounce) package Jello gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup vodka

Steps:

Boil cup of water.
Empty jello powder into a large mixing bowl and add the boiling water.
Continue stirring for two minutes or until the jello is completely dissolved.
Add in the 1/2 cup of cold water and 1/2 cup of vodka.
Stir until mixed and pour into 2oz. cups filled 1/2 to 3/4 of the way.

3 ounce box Jello (pick your favorite flavor)
1 1/2 cups water (divided use)
1/2 cup vodka

Steps:

Heat one cup of water until it's boiling.
Pour the boiling water into a bowl containing your Jello powder and whisk the mixture until the powder is completely dissolved.
Pour in 1/2 cup cold water and whisk until combined.
Pour in the vodka and whisk until thoroughly blended.
Pour the Jello mixture into plastic shot cups, glasses or a small baking dish.
Refrigerate the Jello shots for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours until they are firm, then serve. Store any leftover shots in the refrigerator.

Steps:

BASIC VODKA JELLO SHOT RECIPE: Bring the water to a boil and remove from the heat. Pour the packages of Jell-O in the boiling water and stir until completely dissolved. Stir in the ice-cold water and vodka. Pour mixture into shot glasses or paper cups. Let these shots refrigerate at least 4 hours. AMARETTO SOUR JELLO SHOTS: 1 cup amaretto 2 (3-ounce) packages of lime Jell-O 2 cups of boiling water 2 tablespoons lemon juice Pour the lime Jello-O into the boiling water and stir until completely dissolved. Add the lemon juice, and allow to cool before adding the amaretto. Pour into shot glasses or paper cups. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. CARIBBEAN JELLO SHOTS: 1 (3-ounce) package of strawberry-banana Jell-O 1 cup of boiling water 1 cup of banana rum Pour Jell-O into the boiling water and stir until dissolved. Add rum and pour into shot glasses or paper cups. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. (substitue watermelon jello for lime for a melon margarita)
Rum & Coke:
1 1 cup coke, mix in dark cherry jello add 1 cup light rum.
Mimosas:
2 one varies from the normal method since champagne isn't as strong as liquor, cut the water out of this one. boil one cup champagne, mix orange jello 2 min, add one more cup champagne and a splash of OJ.
