GLAZED STRAWBERRY FRUIT PIZZA image

This delicious Glazed Strawberry Fruit Pizza is made with pre-made sugar cookie dough topped with a cream cheese layer, fresh strawberries and a strawberry glaze!

1 pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 8 oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar
2-3 cups fresh strawberries (halved)
2 cups water
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/3 cup cornstarch
1 small box strawberry Jello mix

Steps:

  • Spread cookie dough out evenly on a well-greased 14" pizza pan. Bake at 350 for about 13-15 minutes or until the crust is just barely turning a light golden brown. Let cool completely.
  • Use an electric mixer to beat the cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla and powdered sugar together until smooth. Spread on top of the cooled crust.
  • Arrange the fresh strawberries on top of the cream cheese layer and then top with the glaze. Refrigerate until ready to serve. (You may want to make the glaze first so that it can be cooling while you make the crust.)
  • Put the water, sugar and cornstarch in a small saucepan and heat over medium heat until the mixture is clear and thick. Add the Jello and stir until well combined.
  • Remove from heat and cool completely before pouring over the strawberries on the pizza. Enjoy!

4 (3 ounce) packages jello gelatin powder, any flavor
2 1/2 cups boiling water
1 cup Cool Whip
2 cups raspberries or 2 cups fruit

Steps:

  • Pour gelatin into bowl.
  • Add 2 1/2 cups boiling water to gelatin.
  • Stir, until gelatin is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes.
  • Spray pizza pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Pour gelatin mixture into pizza pan.
  • Put pan into refrigerator to chill until firm, about 3 hours.
  • Remove pan from refrigerator when ready to serve.
  • Put about 1 inch of warm water in sink.
  • Carefully dip just bottom of pan into warm water for 15 seconds.
  • Spread whipped topping over gelatin just before serving, leaving about 1 inch of space around outside edge of gelatin for pizza"crust".
  • Top pizza with fruit, arranging fruit in whatever design you like.
  • Cut pizza into wedges.

1/2-1 cup softened margarine
1 cup flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) carton Cool Whip
1/4 cup sugar
1 quart fresh strawberries (or may use thawed frozen berries)
strawberry Jell-O gelatin dessert
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup sugar
1 cup water

Steps:

  • • Dough: Mix margarine, flour, powdered sugar.
  • Spread on Pizza pan (may use 1 roll of refrigerator sugar cookies instead of making dough).
  • Bake at 325° for 13 to 15 minutes. Watch closely for browning.
  • • Cream Topping: Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and sugar until creamy; spread on COOLED crust.
  • • Strawberry Topping: Wash, drain and slice 1 quart berries and add to glaze. Spread on cream topping.
  • • Glaze: Combine Jello, cornstarch, sugar and water.
  • Heat to boiling, stirring constantly until thickened.
  • Cool and spread on cream topping.
  • Enjoy.

  • Preheat oven to 350F. For the crust, add the cubed butter, sugar, and flour to a large bowl. Combine using a pastry cutter or your hands until it forms large pea-sized crumbles. Dumb the loose dough out onto an 8 inch pizza pan and press it down to the edges. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  • Once the crust has COMPLETELY cooled, start on the cream cheese spread. Using a hand or stand mixer, cream together the room temperature cream cheese and sugar. Once smooth, mix in the vanilla and lemon juice. Spread it evenly onto the cooled crust. Lay the strawberry slices on top.
  • For the sauce, place the water, sugar, and cornstarch in a medium saucepan on medium heat. Stir occasionally but keep an eye on it. It should become clear and thick when it’s done. Take it off the heat and mix in the strawberry jello mix. Let it cool to room temperature before spreading on top of the pizza. I recommend using a measuring cup and placing a couple scoops in the middle of the pizza and spreading it to the edges until all strawberries are covered.
