SIMPLE POPOVERS
Popovers have never been easier than with this simple, four-ingredient recipe.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 450°F. Generously grease 6-cup popover pan or six 6-ounce custard cups.
- Beat eggs slightly in medium bowl. Beat in remaining ingredients just until smooth (do not overbeat). Fill cups about 1/2 full.
- Bake 20 minutes.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350°F. Bake about 20 minutes longer or until deep golden brown. Immediately remove from cups. Serve hot.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450°F Grease 4 standard size muffin cups ( 2 1/2 inch diameter ) of a 6 cup muffin tin.
- Sift flour and salt into a bowl. In separate bowl beat egg, milk. butter and mustard. Pour over dry ingredients and stir to form a batter. Do not beat mixture!.
- Fill bottom of each muffin cup with 1 Tbs of the cheese to evenly distribute over bottom of muffin cup. . Divide batter among the muffin cups and sprinkle top of batter with remaining Tbs of the cheese. Fill the empty muffin tins 1/2 way with water. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until puffed and golden. Carefully remove from oven. Remove from muffin tin and serve warm.

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees and butter 3 miniature muffin tins (you can also work in batches if you don't have 3). Warm the milk slightly by transferring to a large microwave safe mixing bowl and microwave for about 1 minute.
- In a small mixing bowl, use a spatula to fold the lemon zest and dill into the butter. Transfer to a serving dish and place on platter.
- Toss apple slices with lemon juice and transfer to serving platter. Transfer the jam and honey to serving bowls and add to your platter. Transfer cheese to serving platter making sure to leave space between them. Fill in remaining space on the board with veggies and crackers. Serve!
