2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chiles
1 can (4 ounces) diced jalapeno peppers
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 tablespoon olive oil
Sliced green onions, optional
Corn chips, tortilla chips or assorted crackers

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar, chiles, peppers and 1/4 cup Parmesan until blended. Spoon into an ungreased 1-1/2-qt. baking dish., In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs, oil and remaining Parmesan. Sprinkle over cheese mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20-25 min. or until golden brown. Sprinkle with green onions, if desired. Serve with chips or crackers.

7 slices bacon, diced
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup chopped green onion
5 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
1 cup crushed buttery round crackers
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup butter, melted

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Cook and stir bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp, about 10 minutes. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon to a plate lined with paper towels to drain.
  • Stir bacon, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, green onion, and jalapeno peppers together in a bowl; spread into a 9-inch round baking dish.
  • Mix crackers, Parmesan cheese, and butter together in a bowl; spread over the top of the cream cheese mixture.
  • Bake in preheated oven until bubbly, 20 to 30 minutes.

4 ounces diced jalapenos (well drained OR 4-6 fresh jalapenos, roasted and diced (include seeds if you like it really spicy))
8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
¾ cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
1 cup Panko bread crumbs
4 tablespoons butter ( or margarine, melted)
¼ cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
1 tablespoon fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • With a mixer on medium, combine cream cheese, garlic powder and sour cream until fluffy.
  • Add cheddar cheese, ¾ cup parmesan cheese, and diced jalapenos, mix well.
  • Spread into an 8x8 baking dish.
  • Combine bread crumbs, melted butter, ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese, and parsley.
  • Sprinkle the crumb topping over the cream cheese mixture.
  • Bake 15-20 minutes, or until hot and breadcrumbs are golden brown.

12 Ritz crackers, crushed

1 green onion, sliced

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise in medium bowl until well blended. Stir in Velveeta and peppers. Spread in to 9 inch pie plate. Mix crumbs and butter sprinkle over dip. Bake 20 minutes or until heated through. Top with onions. Serve with tortilla chips. Can also add bacon bits or chopped cooked bacon.

4 oz diced mild jalapeno peppers
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (divided)
1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs

Steps:

  • In a stand mixer, or with hand mixer or by hand in a large bowl, mix cream cheese and mayo until smooth.
  • Stir in chopped green chilis, chopped jalapeno, and 1/2 cup grated parmesan into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Pour into a small oven safe baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Mix 1/2 cup Panko and 1/2 cup parmesan together, and sprinkle on top of the dish.
  • Bake 375 degrees farenheit for 40 minutes.

1 cup crushed round butter crackers
2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl, mix mayo, cream cheese, shredded cheese, green chiles, and jalapeno.
  • In a separate bowl, combine melted butter and cracker crumbs.
  • Transfer jalapeno popper dip into a baking dish, spread out evenly. Top with the crumb-butter mixture. 5. Bake for 30 minutes - serve warm with crackers, tortilla chips or dippable of choice.
