- Combine jalapenos, cilantro, and garlic in the bowl of a food processor; pulse until chopped, scraping down the sides a few times. Add sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, and ranch dressing mix and pulse until creamy. Add 2 tablespoons of milk slowly and keep pulsing until you have reached the desired consistency.
- Spoon dip into a bowl and refrigerate until flavors are combined, at least 30 minutes

- Cook and stir bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp, about 10 minutes. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon to a plate lined with paper towels to drain.
