JACKIE'S FAMOUS BIG CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIES
I came up with this recipe a couple of years ago. Everyone raves about these especially when I make enough to take to my work. Everyone says they are better than bakery bought! You could use different types of pudding mix to create your own masterpiece. I hope you and your family will enjoy this as much as mine do.

- Combine melted butter or margarine and sugars. Add the pudding mix, egg and yolk, vanilla and corn syrup.
- In another bowl combine all the dry ingredients. Add to the batter little at a time just until blended. Don't mix too much or the cookies will turn out too tough. Fold in the chocolate chunks.
