Steps:
- In dutch oven, saute sausage, beef, onion, green pepper, and garlic until meats are no longer pink; drain.
- Add tomato sauce, paste, water, and seasonings.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in noodles.
- Put in 13x9 pan and sprinkle with cheeses.
- Bake at 350* for 30 minutes or until cheese is browned and bubbly.

This was a recipe of my Aunt Ethel's -- egg noodles in a tomato, ground beef sauce. She said, 'It is so good, don't change a thing!' And she was right.

Steps:
- In large skillet, brown ground beef and onion. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, parsley, garlic salt and pepper, and simmer over low heat for 3 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
- In a 2 quart casserole dish, combine noodles and meat mixture. Top with cheese slices and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

- Preheat oven to 375°F. In a medium bowl, combine the artichokes, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and crushed red pepper.
- Place chicken in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread with artichoke mixture.
- Sprinkle evenly with the shredded cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, for 30-35 minutes or until chicken is cooked and cheese is bubbling.

ITALIAN NOODLE CASSEROLE
Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 450°F and coat a 9x13 inch casserole dish or glass baking dish with oil or cooking spray.
- Prepare pasta according to package directions, cooking slightly al dente.
- Place a large skillet over medium heat, and add the ground beef, onion, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Brown the ground beef, breaking up while cooking, until nearly cooked through. Drain any excess grease.
- Add the zucchini and garlic to the beef and saute for about 5 minutes or until the zucchini is tender.
- Stir in the tomato sauce and Italian seasoning, and bring to a simmer. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- After the pasta is cooked and drained, return the pasta to the pot or a bowl and stir in the Greek yogurt and cream cheese until smooth. Transfer the pasta mixture to the prepared casserole or baking dish.
- Top pasta with an even layer of the meat sauce mixture, the sprinkle with cheddar and parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 450°F for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted and lightly browned.

This is excellent served with crusty bread and a salad. A white wine would compliment this very well. Excellent casserole that was a big hit at my house and will be at yours too if you have Italian food lovers in the family. :)

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease 13x9 inch casserole dish.
- Cook ground beef and sausage in skillet.
- Stir in tomatoes and let simmer then add soup and bring to a simmer.
- Make a layer of potatoes and onion in baking dish.
- Next make a layer of meat sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat until all ingredients are used up.
- I make about two hearty layers.
- Bake 60-65 minutes covered with foil or until potatoes are soft.
- Remove foil and sprinkle swiss or gruyere cheese and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Cheese should be melty and bubbly.
- Cool for 15 minutes and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
