4 cups Rice Chex
4 cups Corn Chex
1 package (5 ounces) miniature sesame breadsticks
2 cups Goldfish cheddar crackers
1/2 cup mixed nuts
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons Italian salad dressing
1-1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 300°. In a large bowl, combine cereals, breadsticks, crackers and nuts. In a small bowl, mix butter, cheese, salad dressing, Italian seasoning and garlic salt. Drizzle over cereal mixture; toss to coat., Spread in two greased 15x10x1-in. baking pans. Bake 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Cool completely in pans on wire racks. Store in an airtight container.

1 cup salted roasted soy nuts
1/2 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons garlic salt
3 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 300°F. In large bowl, mix cereals, pretzels, crackers and soy nuts.
  • In small bowl, mix oil, vinegar, garlic salt and Italian seasoning. Pour over cereal mixture, stirring to coat. Spread in ungreased 15x10x1-inch pan.
  • Bake about 30 minutes, stirring twice, until toasted. Sprinkle with cheese; toss to coat. Cool completely, about 45 minutes. (Cereal will crisp as it cools.) Store in airtight container.

3 tablespoons olive or canola oil
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 bag (3 oz) gluten free fat-free butter-flavor microwave popcorn, popped
1/3 cup shredded or grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 300°F. In large bowl, mix cereal and soy nuts.
  • In small bowl, mix oil, vinegar, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Pour over cereal mixture, stirring to coat. Stir in popcorn until well mixed. Spread in ungreased large roasting pan.
  • Bake uncovered 15 minutes. Stir in cheese until well mixed. Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until mixture is toasted. Spread on waxed paper; cool about 10 minutes. (Cereal will crisp as it cools.) Store in airtight container.

2 teaspoons mustard powder

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Line 1-2 large rimmed jelly roll sheet with parchment paper.In an extra large mixing bowl, combine rice cereal, peanuts, pretzels, cheese crackers, sesame sticks, and oyster crackers.Gently toss with large slotted spoons.Melt butter in microwave and toss together with mixture in bowl.Combine Italian seasoning, ranch seasoning powder, mustard powder, grated parmesan, and dried parsley. 4 cups Crispix Cereal ( (or 2 cups each: Corn Chex, Rice Chex))
2 cups Wheat Chex
2 cups mini pretzels
2 cups roasted salted cashews
2 cups Cheez-It Grooves original Cheddar ((may sub traditional Cheez-Its))
5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp EACH garlic powder, garlic salt, dried basil
1/2 tsp EACH onion powder, dried parsley, dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1 1/2 cups butterscotch chips ((see my opinion in the post))

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray. Add all Party Mix ingredients to baking pan.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together all of the Herb Butter Sauce ingredients then evenly pour over Party Mix. Toss until Party Mix is evenly coated. Spread mix out into an even layer.
  • Bake at 250 degrees F for 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Toss until evenly coated. Let Party Mix cool completely (cereal will crisp as it cools). Toss with butterscotch chips if desired (you can sample some mix with the butterscotch chips to see if you want to add them to the whole thing).
  • Store in an airtight container for up to three days then refrigerate if desired. (Parmesan does not have to be refrigerated immediately due to its low moisture content.)

2 tbsp. worcestershire or balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. kosher sea salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. dried parsley
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes
1/4 c. quality grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat, set aside.
  • In an extra large mixing bowl, combine the Chex, Premium crackers, Cheez-It crackers, pretzels, and cashews.
  • In a small microwave safe bowl, add the butter. Place in the microwave and heat for 45 seconds to 1 minute on HIGH. Stir until completely melted.
  • Add the olive oil, worcestershire (or balsamic), salt, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, and cayenne (or red pepper flakes) to the melted butter. Whisk until combined. Pour over the dry ingredients and toss to evenly coat.
  • Pour onto the prepared baking sheet, spread evenly, and bake for 40 minutes, stirring at the 15 and 30 minute mark.
  • Remove from the oven and toss with parmesan. Allow to cool completely before serving or storing.
