Garlic Parmesan Cauliflower Bites Recipe by Tasty image

Here's what you need: cauliflower, eggs, parsley, panko breadcrumbs, grated parmesan cheese, garlic salt, italian seasoning

1 head cauliflower
2 eggs
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons garlic salt
2 teaspoons italian seasoning

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450˚F (230˚C).
  • Cut the head of cauliflower in half. Pluck bite-sized florets from each half. Trim bottoms of florets as necessary.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the parmesan crust ingredients.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk eggs. Dredge the cauliflower in the eggs, then garlic parmesan mixture.
  • Lay the cauliflower on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes, until crispy and browned to your liking.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley.
  • Enjoy!

3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
  • Place cauliflower in a bowl. Drizzle olive oil over cauliflower and season with salt and pepper; toss to evenly coat.
  • Cook on the preheated grill, turning every 2 minutes, until cauliflower is golden brown, 10 to 15 minutes.

4 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons chicken broth
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons sambal oelek chili paste
2 teaspoons dry sherry
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon olive oil
6 cups cauliflower florets
¼ cup unsalted roasted peanuts
1 clove garlic, minced
2 green onion tops, chopped

Steps:

  • Combine soy sauce, chicken broth, vinegar, chili paste, sherry, and cornstarch in a large bowl. Mix until cornstarch is dissolved. Set sauce aside.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook cauliflower until golden brown and charred in places, about 15 minutes. Reduce heat to low. Stir in the sauce and cook until sauce starts to thicken, about 2 minutes. Add peanuts and garlic and cook for 2 minutes more.
  • Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with green onion tops.

1 ½ pounds cauliflower, broken into florets
¼ cup Buffalo wing sauce
1 teaspoon dry ranch dressing mix
1 teaspoon olive oil
aluminum foil

Steps:

  • Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  • Combine cauliflower florets, Buffalo wing sauce, ranch, and olive oil in a large bowl. Stir until evenly combined.
  • Pull out an extra-long length of aluminum foil and fold it in half so you've got a double layer. Place cauliflower mixture in the center, then pull over one side, folding the edges to seal. Then fold the remaining two edges. Don't seal the packet too tightly; you want to leave some room for the steam to expand.
  • Place foil packet directly on the grate and grill for 15 minutes.

cooking spray
1 cup mayonnaise
1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Place mayonnaise in a large zip-top bag. Add cauliflower; seal bag and shake to coat.
  • Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in another large zip-top bag. Add 1/2 of the coated cauliflower; seal bag and shake to coat. Spread in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining cauliflower and bread crumb mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated until tender and golden brown, about 35 minutes.
