Steps:
- Cook beef, onion, mushrooms and garlic in 12-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain.
- Stir in pizza sauce, pasta, water, sugar and Italian seasoning. Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
- Cover and simmer about 20 minutes, stirring frequently, until pasta is tender. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and simmer about 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.

- Flatten chicken slightly; sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. In a large nonstick skillet, cook chicken in butter and oil over medium heat until no longer pink, 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove and keep warm., In the same skillet, saute the mushrooms, onion, red pepper and pine nuts until vegetables are tender. Add spinach; cook and stir until wilted, 2-3 minutes. Stir in flour. Gradually stir in broth and mustard. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cook and stir until thickened, 2 minutes., Return chicken to the pan; heat through. Sprinkle with cheese. If desired, served with pasta and top with basil.

- Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, onion, celery and green pepper; cook and stir until tender. This is a comforting dish and is indulgent with ingredients like wine, cream, and shallots. I do not recommend adding salt because I find the sausage to have enough salt in it. Although cheese is optional, I find it gets lost in the sauce.

- Heat a heavy skillet over medium high heat and cook sausage until no longer pink, breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon as it cooks, about 7 minutes. Continue to brown the meat and add mushrooms, shallots, butter, and oil. Cook until mushrooms and onions are soft and beginning to brown, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Meanwhile, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook gnocchi in the boiling water until they float to the top, 2 to 4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Add white wine to the sausage mixture and simmer, uncovered, until wine has reduced by half, about 5 minutes. Add gnocchi, cream, Italian herbs, pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium-low heat until sauce has thickened, about 10 minutes.

Very tasty chicken dish, one that I have made many times... this can be made with skin and bone-on chicken also. Add in some crushed hot pepper flakes if desired to turn up the heat! Remember, if you are using skin and bone-on chicken pieces to cook for a longer time. This complete recipe is made in one large skillet, or Dutch oven.

- In a large skillet or Dutch oven, season chicken with seasoning salt pepper and garlic powder (can use regular salt).
- Brown the chicken in oil on medium heat (about 3 minutes on both sides) remove to a plate and set aside.
- In the same skillet, saute onion, bell pepper, celery, fresh garlic, dried basil, dried oregano and mushrooms until soft, about 5 minutes (add in crushed hot pepper flakes, if using).
- Add in the tomato paste and stir for about 1 minute.
- Add in the stewed tomatoes and wine (if using) stir until combined.
- Season with more salt and pepper if desired; cover and simmer tomato mixture for for about 20-25 minutes.
- Add in the browned chicken back to the skillet, cover and simmer for another 40-45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked and juices run clear.
- *NOTE* You might want to add in a couple of teaspoons of sugar if you think that the tomato sauce is too "acidy".
