One of my co-workers shared this recipe with us when everybody raved over it. I use this as a fast-fix dinners, as it can be made from last night's macaroni and cheese, and prep time is under 15 minutes.

- In a small bowl, combine the macaroni and cheese, peas, celery and onion. Combine the mayonnaise, celery salt and seed. Add to macaroni mixture; stir to coat.

Mac & Cheese Pasta Salad - transform a box of mac & cheese into the most delicious pasta salad EVER!!! Mac and Cheese mix, mayonnaise, celery, green bell pepper, green onions, and pimentos. Seriously delicious! I took this to a potluck and everyone gobbled it up. Nobody could believe that it started with a blue box of mac & cheese! Give this a try ASAP!

Steps:
- Boil macaroni as directed on package. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
- Combine contents of cheese packet, mayonnaise, celery, green bell pepper, green onions, pimentos, salt and pepper.
- Toss pasta with mayonnaise mixture.
- Cover and chill until ready to serve.

- In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente, rinse under cold water and drain.

Steps:
- Bring 3 quarts of water to a boil. Add the pasta from the macaroni and cheese and cook per package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl combine then cheese packages from the mac and cheese and all of the remaining ingredients.
- Fold in the pasta.
- Cover and refrigerate at least one hour before serving. If the salad gets too thick add a bit more mayonnaise and stir lightly.
