1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger Irish whiskey

1 dash ground nutmeg

  • In a coffee mug, combine Irish cream and Irish whiskey. Fill mug with coffee. Top with a dab of whipped cream and a dash of nutmeg.

3 scoops coffee-flavored frozen yogurt
3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1/4 cup bailey irish cream (I use a shot glass,this is a matter of taste,I like a lot of Irish cream in this drink)
1/2 cup milk

Steps:

  • In a blender,process coffee cubes,yogurt,chocolate syrup and milk until smooth.
  • Serve immediately in a tall glass.

1 cup freshly brewed hot coffee
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 jigger Irish whiskey (1 1/2 ounces or 3 tablespoons)
Heavy cream, slightly whipped

Steps:

  • Fill footed mug or a mug with hot water to preheat it, then empty. Pour piping hot coffee into warmed glass until it is about 3/4 full. Add the brown sugar and stir until completely dissolved. Blend in Irish whiskey. Top with a collar of the whipped heavy cream by pouring gently over back of spoon. Serve hot.

ADD IN (IF GIVING AS A GIFT);
1/2 cup(s) irish whiskey
1/2 cup(s) bailey's irish cream liqueur
- whipped cream

Steps:

  • TO GIVE AS GIFT: Layer dry ingredients in a 3 C mason jar; seal with lid. Print recipe tag (see below).
  • RECIPE TAG: Print recipe tag on cardstock. Reading: "Empty mix from jar into a large pot. Whisk in 4 C of water.
