1/2 ounces Baileys Original Irish Cream
4 ounces whipping cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 1/2 ounces Baileys Original Irish Cream
2 1/2 ounces whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 thick slices of sourdough bread
1 tablespoon butter

Steps:

  • To make the whipped topping, place 1/2 ounces Baileys Irish Cream, 4 ounces whipping cream, and powdered sugar in a bowl. Whisk with a hand electric mixer at high speed until the mixture forms soft peaks. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
  • To make the custard, whisk together 2 1/2 ounces Baileys Original Irish Cream, 2 1/2 ounces whipping cream, vanilla extract, and eggs in a shallow dish.
  • Melt the butter in a frying pan at medium-low heat. While waiting for butter to melt, dip each side of the bread in the Baileys mixture until completely soaked, about 5-10 minutes per side, depending on thickness.
  • Fry the bread on medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  • Top the bread with a dollop of Baileys whipped cream. Enjoy!

½ ounce Baileys® Original Irish Cream
4 ounces whipping cream
2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
2 ½ ounces Baileys® Original Irish Cream
2 ½ ounces whipping cream
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 thick slices bakery-style bread
1 tablespoon butter
3 ½ tablespoons dark chocolate chips, melted

Steps:

  • Whisk together the 1/2 oz. Baileys Original Irish Cream, 4 oz. of whipping cream and 2 tbsp confectioners sugar until mixture forms soft peaks. Chill and put aside for topping the finished product.
  • Combine 2 1/2 oz. of Baileys Original Irish Cream, 2 1/2 oz. of whipping cream, 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract and 2 eggs in a shallow dish.
  • Dip the bread into the mixture while heating 1 tbsp butter in a pan for frying.
  • Fry dipped bread until golden brown on each side.
  • Top with whipped cream mixture.

4 eggs
1/2 cup irish cream (Irish Cream Liqueur)
2 cups half-and-half
1 loaf French bread or 1 loaf challah, sliced 3/4-inch thick
1/4 cup butter

Steps:

  • Preheat an iron skillet over medium-low heat.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, whisk the eggs until they are well-blended.
  • Add the Irish cream and half-and-half and whisk together.
  • Soak the slices of bread in the egg mixture; turn the slices to ensure that they are well-coated.
  • Place 2 tablespoons of butter in skillet and allow to melt.
  • Place soaked slices of bread in pan and cook until golden on each side.
  • Continue to repeat process until all of the egg mixture has been used.
  • Serve immediately with warm maple syrup and fresh seasonal fruits.

  • Generously spray a casserole dish with non- stick cooking spray. Arrange slices of bread in a 9 X 13-inch flat baking dish in 2 rows, overlapping the slices in a casserole dish.
  • In a large bowl, combine the eggs, half-and-half cream, Baileys Irish Cream, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and maple syrup. Then beat with a whisk until blended thoroughly.
  • Pour mixture over the bread slices, making sure all are covered evenly with the milk-egg mixture. Spoon some of the mixture in between the layers. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight (about 8 hours)
  • The next day, preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove from refrigerator, leave the foil on and bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
