Cheers St. Patrick's Day with this creamy coffee cocktail. It's a twist to Irish coffee and we loved adding the sweet Baileys Irish Cream. The combination of rums and Baileys is so yummy. Maybe too good... slow down and sip on this delicious cocktail this St. Paddy's Day.

Number Of Ingredients 6

Ingredients

2 oz Baileys Irish cream
1 oz coffee rum
1/2 oz coconut rum
1/2 c strong brewed coffee
1/2 c light cream
1 oz chocolate syrup, plus more for inside rim.

Steps:

1. Place all ingredients in a shaker. Shake with a couple cubes of ice.
2. Strain and pour into a glass rimmed with chocolate syrup on the inside rim.

Ingredients

1 to 2 teaspoons brown sugar (to taste)
4 ounces coffee (strong, rich, hot)
1 1/2 ounces Irish whiskey
1 ounce heavy cream (lightly whipped)

Steps:

Gather the ingredients.
Place the brown sugar into a warm Irish coffee glass , mug, or other heatproof glass.
Add the coffee and Irish whiskey.
Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Float the lightly whipped heavy cream on top by slowly pouring it over the back of a spoon.
Do not stir. Instead, drink the Irish coffee through the cream. Enjoy.
