ONE-POT UNSTUFFED CABBAGE
Here is one of my favorite ways to cook and enjoy cabbage. It has all the good flavor of regular cabbage rolls, but it's a lot less bother to make. In fact, it's a one-pot meal! -Mrs. Bernard Snow, Lewiston, Michigan

- In a large skillet, combine sauce ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer. , Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the rice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Crumble beef over rice mixture; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 36 balls, about 1-1/4 in. in diameter. Add to simmering sauce. , Cover and simmer about 45 minutes or until the cabbage is tender. Uncover and cook for 15 minutes longer or until sauce is thickened.

- 1. Heat olive oil in stock Pot. Add onion and garlic.
- 2. Add ground meat to mixture and cook till meat is browned.
- 3. Add cabbage and v8. Bring to boil and cook till cabbage is limp or to your taste.
- 4. Add rice and pepper. Cook 5 minutes and serve

UNSTUFFED CABBAGE ROLLS - THE BLOND COOK

- Cook beef and onion in a dutch oven or soup pot over medium high heat, crumbling beef as it cooks until beef is browned and no longer pink (about 7-8 minutes). Drain off grease.
- Add garlic and cook an additional minute, stirring frequently. Add diced tomatoes with juices, tomato soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and bay leaf. Stir to combine.
