Steps:
- Boil tea bags with 4c. water in microwave for 7min. Cover and let steep for 30-45min. Add sugar to hot tea mixture, stir. Pour tea into 2 quart pitcher, fill with water, stir. Pour over a glass of ice and enjoy!

Steps:
- Bring 12 cups water, the mint, tea, vanilla seeds and sugar to a boil in a large pot over high heat. Boil for about 10 minutes, then remove from the heat and let steep for another 10 minutes. Remove the tea bags and mint sprigs and strain into large pitcher. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until ready to serve.
- For each serving, fill a glass with ice, add 2 ounces of the bourbon and pour tea over. Garnish with a mint sprig mint and a lemon slice.

- Bring the first 4 ingredients to a boil in a large pot or Dutch oven and then reduce the heat. Allow pot to simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove pot from the heat completely, and add in the tea bags. Allow tea to steep for 8 minutes. Run tea through a strainer or use a slotted spoon to remove the whole spices and tea bags and discard them.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and sweetener and stir. Fill a large pitcher with ice and transfer the vanilla-spiced iced tea to it. Chill until ready to serve.
