½ cup white sugar
¼ cup evaporated milk
4 cups root beer

Steps:

  • Combine sugar and evaporated milk in a small saucepan over medium heat; bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens, about 12 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat and slowly stir root beer into milk mixture until fully incorporated. Pour root beer mixture into 24 ice pop molds; freeze until solid, 8 hours to overnight.

1 (3 ounce) package fruit flavored Jell-O® mix
1 unsweetened, flavored soft drink mix package
1 cup white sugar
2 cups boiling water
2 cups cold water

Steps:

  • Dissolve gelatin, soft drink mix and sugar in boiling water. Stir in cold water and pour into popsicle molds or small plastic drinking cups. Add popsicle sticks when firm but not frozen completely; freeze until hard.

Sweet, healthy, and simple, these protein pops are good on any summer day!

2 medium bananas, sliced
2 cups Greek yogurt
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup quartered fresh strawberries
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
¼ cup almond milk, or to taste
12 (3-ounce) cups
aluminum foil
12 wooden craft sticks

Steps:

  • Blend bananas, yogurt, blueberries, strawberries, protein powder, and enough almond milk to achieve your preferred consistency in the bowl of an electric blender until smooth.
  • Pour liquid into cups until they are 75% full. Cut 12 squares of foil and fold them securely onto the tops of the cups. Slide the wooden sticks through the center of the foil squares. Place cups on a plate.
  • Freeze for 8 hours.
  • Remove from the freezer, remove foil, peel away cups, and enjoy.

4 ½ cups prepared lemonade
4 1/2-cup capacity ice pop tray
6 popsicle sticks

Steps:

  • Pour 3/4 cup lemonade into each ice pop cavity, leaving 1/2 inch clear at the top. Transfer ice pop tray carefully to the freezer. Freeze for 1 1/2 hour. Insert a popsicle stick into each ice pop. Freeze until solid, about 1 1/2 hour more.
