ICE CREAM JELLO SALAD REMIX

Steps:

• 1. Dissolve the two boxes of jello in 2 c boiling water. When dissolved, add the ice cream and stir until it has melted. Place in fridge.
• 2. After about 30 minutes, remove and whisk, as the ice cream wants to separate. Return to fridge. Continue doing this until it has started to thicken enough to add the rest of the ingredients.
• 3. Add your fruit, nuts and marshamallows and return to fridge until set.
• 4. Possible choices: lime jello, pineapple, walnuts, cherry jello, cherries, almonds, orange jello, mandarin oranges, pecans, peach jello, peaches, walnuts, tropical jello with mango or papaya and macadamia nuts, clear jello with strawberries and blueberries, pecans. The choices are endless. Look at the jello varieties and go from there. Great for all holidays.
• 5. NOTE: you can do this in a mold or in a bowl. If using a mold, I would start in a bowl and not transfer to the mold until you are thick enough to have added the fruit, nuts, and marshmallows.

GELATIN FRUIT SALAD

Steps:

• In a saucepan, bring the applesauce to a boil; remove from the heat., Stir in gelatin until dissolved. Slowly add ginger ale and pineapple. Pour into a 2-qt. serving bowl. Chill until set. Garnish with apples and mint if desired.

ICE CREAM JELLO MOLD

Steps:

• 1. Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes, until completely dissolved.
• 2. Stir in cold orange juice.
• 3. Stir in ice cream until melted and smooth.
• 4. Pour into 5 cup mold.
• 5. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold onto a plate. Enjoy!
• 6. You can also substitute the orange jello with raspberry, lemon or lime. They are all very good! Enjoy!

RASPBERRY JELLO ICE CREAM SALAD

Steps:

• Combine gelatin and hot water; stir until dissolved.
• Add ice cream and stir well until thoroughly dissolved.
• Combine undrained pineapple, nuts and sliced bananas, then add to gelatin mixture.
• Pour into a quart mould and chill until firm.

ICE CREAM JELLO

Steps:

• Add 1 cup of boiling water to package of cherry Jello and stir.
• Add 1/4 of the vanilla ice cream and use a whisk to whip with the Jello.
• Let set in a clear 9x13-inch pan for 15 minutes or as Wife2uRick suggested waiting 15-30 minutes or until set.
• Then Add 1 cup of boiling water to package of lemon Jello and add 1/4 of the vanilla ice cream and use a whisk to whip with the Jello.
• Let set on top of the cherry layer for 15 minutes or until set.
• Then add 1 cup to the lime Jello and add 1/4 of the vanilla ice cream and whisk to whip with the Jello.
• Let set on top of lemon Jello for 15 minutes or until set.
• Then with the last box of Jello which is orange add 1 cup of boiling water and the last 1/4 vanilla ice cream and whisk together and put on top of lime Jello and let set.
• I usually do other things while I am making this and you can also use your favorite jello's but these together taste really good and I always am asked to bring it.
• Note: I usually cut my ice-cream in fourths and leave the ice-cream in the freezer until I use each 1/4th for the Jello.
• Jello can be stored in refrigerator when done. :).

ORANGE JELL-O ICE CREAM

Steps:

• Pour Jell-O in a mixing bowl and add boiling water.
• Then gradually add softened vanilla ice cream using a wire whisk till smooth.
• Pour into dessert bowls. Refrigerate and enjoy.

ICE CREAM SALAD

Steps:

• Beat cream cheese, marshmallow creme, and vanilla yogurt together in a bowl until smooth.
• Mix apple, strawberries, jicama, mandarin orange segments, blueberries, and walnuts in a large bowl.
• Pour cream cheese mixture over fruit and toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled.
• Scoop fruit and cream cheese mixture into ice cream cones to serve.
