My friend brought these to work one morning around the holidays and I think I ate a whole pan by myself. These are so good and so easy to make...great to take to work or for a party. If you love cheese, you will love these! I guessed on the serving size, as it depends on how big you cut the squares.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well. On the stove top, heat the oil in a large skillet until hot but not boiling. Pour the hot oil into the bowl with the other ingredients and mix well. Pour the batter into the skillet and bake for 35 to 50 minutes. Start checking for doneness after 35 minutes; it should be golden brown when done.

STUFF IT ! I used a fork and pierced hole up 2 side of the hotdogs, I don't know if you really need to do this but what the heck, and stood the weiners up in a wide mouth jar, in this case it took 12 hotdogs to tightly pack the jar, I then cut the tops from the red chilies and slipped them in the open spaces, the jalapenos were quarted and also used to fill some of the spaces.
Finished for Now. Pour the hot brine and spices over the hotdogs and screw on the lid, turn the jar upside down and back a couple times to help spread the spices around and then refrigerate for at least a day, a week would be better, I can't comment on a month because they aren't going to last that long !
