Number Of Ingredients 8

1 bottle (64 ounces) cranberry juice
4 cups water
3-1/2 cups pineapple juice
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon red food coloring, optional
2 cinnamon sticks (3-1/2 inches), broken
1 tablespoon whole cloves
1 tablespoon whole allspice

Steps:

  • In a 24-cup percolator, combine cranberry juice, water, pineapple juice, brown sugar and food coloring if desired. Place the cinnamon sticks, cloves and allspice in percolator basket; cover and begin perking. When cycle is complete, discard contents of basket. Serve the punch warm.

1 dash salt
Garnish: butter (one dot)
Garnish: cinnamon sticks

Steps:

  • Gather the ingredients.
  • Combine everything except the garnishes in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
  • Pour into cups or mugs, dot with butter, and add a cinnamon stick to each cup.

2-2/3 cups water
1-1/3 cups sugar
16 whole cloves
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 to 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2/3 cup orange juice
1/2 cup lemon juice

Steps:

  • In a Dutch oven or large saucepan, combine the cranberry juice, water and sugar; bring to a boil over medium heat. Place cloves on a double thickness of cheesecloth; bring up corners of cloth and tie with string to form a bag. Add the cinnamon, nutmeg and spice bag to the pan. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes. , Discard spice bag. Stir in the orange and lemon juices. Transfer to a 5-qt. slow cooker; keep warm.

4 cups cranberry juice
3/4 cup orange juice

1/2 cup Red Hot candies

Steps:

  • In a 5-qt. slow cooker, combine water, sugar and juices; stir until sugar is dissolved. If desired, place cloves in a double thickness of cheesecloth; bring up corners of cloth and tie with string to form a bag. Add spice bag and Red Hots to slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for until heated through, 2-3 hours. Before serving, discard spice bag and stir punch.
