I have been making this scrumptious dip for 25 years, and I can't think of a time where there haven't been multiple requests for the recipe. It's wonderful for the holiday celebrations, sports parties and even brunch buffets. -Laurie LaClair North Richland Hills, Texas

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1-1/2 cups diced fully cooked ham
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 tablespoon finely chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
3/4 cup rye cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Rye crackers

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in the ham, cheese, green pepper and mustard. Spread into an ungreased 9-in. pie plate., Toss the cracker crumb and butter; sprinkle over cream cheese mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 12-15 minutes or until heated through. Serve with crackers.

2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1 ½ cups finely chopped ham
½ cup sliced green onions
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
½ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
1 ½ teaspoons caraway seeds, slightly crushed
56 crackers KEEBLER® TOWN HOUSE® FLIPSIDES® Original Crackers or KEEBLER® TOWN HOUSE® FLIPSIDES® Cheddar Crackers

Steps:

  • In medium bowl stir together cheese, ham, green onions and flour. Add mayonnaise, mustard and caraway seeds. Mix until combined. Spread in 9-inch pie plate.
  • Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F about 25 minutes or until heated through and bubbly around edges.
  • Serve warm with KEEBLER® TOWN HOUSE® FLIPSIDES® Original Crackers.

My friend gave me this recipe for a hot, easy appetizer. It is very simple to make for get-togethers. If you like hot ham and Swiss sandwiches, you will love this!

1 pound thinly sliced deli ham, sliced into thin strips
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cut into cubes
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
2 (1 pound) loaves cocktail rye bread

Steps:

  • In a slow cooker, combine the ham, cream cheese, cream of mushroom soup and cream of celery soup. Stir in the Swiss cheese. Cover, and cook on Low until cheese is melted, about 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve on cocktail rye slices.
