Steps:
- Grill hot dogs.
- Combine picante sauce and chili.
- Heat tortillas in microwave or in a skillet.
- Place cheese slices in tortillas.
- Place hot dogs in middle of tortillas and roll tortilla so hot dog and cheese is enclosed.
- Preset oven for 350°F.
- Pour half picante chili mixture in casserole dish.
- Place hot dogs wrapped in tortillas into the casserole.
- Top with remaining picante chili mixture.
- Cook in oven for 20 minutes.
- Take out of oven and top with chese chopped onion and green chiles.
- Place back in oven until cheese has melted.
- Take out cool and enjoy.

- Prepare cornbread batter according to package directions. Spread half the batter into a greased 8-in. square baking dish; set aside. , In a large skillet, saute the green pepper, onion and celery in oil until crisp-tender. Stir in hot dogs; saute until lightly browned, 3-4 minutes longer. Stir in the chili, brown sugar, garlic powder and chili powder; heat through. Stir in 3/4 cup cheese. , Spoon over cornbread batter; top with remaining cornbread batter. - Preheat oven to 350°. In a small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in the flour, salt and pepper until smooth. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly, 2 minutes. , In a greased 2-1/2-qt. baking dish, layer with a third of the potatoes, half of the hot dogs and half of the onion. - Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink, breaking it into crumbles; drain. Stir in enchilada sauce and salsa; set aside. , Place 2 tortillas, overlapping as necessary, in the bottom of a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Cover with a third of the meat mixture.
