1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts in water, drained and chopped
1 ½ cups cooked crabmeat
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
⅓ cup chopped green onion
⅓ cup chopped red bell pepper
1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
½ cup dry bread crumbs
2 teaspoons chopped green onion, or to taste
2 teaspoons chopped red bell pepper, or to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise in a large bowl until smooth; stir in garlic. Gently stir artichoke hearts, crab, Parmesan cheese, 1/3 cup green onion, 1/3 cup red bell pepper, and cayenne pepper into cream cheese mixture. Transfer the dip to a 9-inch pie dish and sprinkle top with bread crumbs.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until crumb topping is golden brown and dip is hot, 20 to 30 minutes. Garnish with 2 teaspoons green onion and 2 teaspoons chopped red bell pepper.

1 can (14 ounces) artichoke heart quarters, drained and coarsely chopped
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed
4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
1 cup shredded imitation crabmeat (4 ounces)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 teaspoons lemon juice
French baguette or cocktail rye bread slices, for serving, if desired

Steps:

  • Spray inside of 1- to 2 1/2-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
  • Place all ingredients except bread in cooker.
  • Cover and cook on low heat setting 1 to 1 1/4 hours (or high heat setting 30 to 45 minutes) or until cream cheese is melted. Stir until cheese is smooth.
  • Scrape down side of cooker with rubber spatula to help prevent edge of spread from scorching. Turn to low heat setting.
  • Serve with bread slices. Spread will hold up to 3 hours.

½ cup chopped red bell pepper
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup sliced green onions
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon finely chopped jalapeno peppers
½ teaspoon celery salt
½ pound crabmeat
1 ½ teaspoons lemon juice
⅓ cup toasted sliced almonds

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Heat the olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the red bell pepper. Cook 5 minutes, or until tender.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together red bell pepper, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, jalapeno peppers, celery salt, crabmeat and lemon juice.
  • Transfer the mixture to an 8x8 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake in the preheated oven 30 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned.

1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 medium red bell pepper, chopped
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped (in water)
3/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup green onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon jalapeno chile, finely choppped
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon celery salt

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Warm the oil in a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the bell pepper. Saute for 3-4 minutes or until light brown. Remove to a large bowl.
  • Stir in the artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, jalapeno, lemon juice and celery salt. Mix in the crab. Season with the salt and pepper.
  • Put the mixture in an 8-inch quiche or pie pan with a 1 1/2-inch side.

8 large pita loaves
1 stick unsalted butter melted

Steps:

  • In a small heavy skillet cook the bell pepper in the oil over moderate heat stirring until it is softened and let it cool. In a large bowl combine the bell pepper the artichoke the mayo the scallions the pimiento the parmesan the lemon juice the worcestshire sauce the jalapeno pepper and the celery salt blend the mixture until it is combined well and stir in the crab meat gently. Transfer the mixture to a buttered ovenproof chafing dish or baking dish and sprinkle it with the almonds. Preheat oven to 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minnutes or until the top is golden and the mixture is bubbly. serve the dip with the pita triangles Pita Triangles Cut each pita loaf into 8 wedges and separate each wedge into 2 triangles. Arrange the triangles rough side up in one tight layer in a jelly roll pan brush them lightly with the butter and season them lughtly with slat, Bake the triangles in the upper third of a preheated 375 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until they are crisp and golden and lwt them cool in the pan.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Cook artichoke hearts according to package instructions, then drain well and finely chop. Cook bell pepper in 1 tablespoon butter in a 2- to 3-quart heavy saucepan over moderately low heat, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in artichokes and transfer mixture to a bowl.
  • Melt remaining 2 tablespoons butter in saucepan over moderately low heat, then add flour and cook roux, stirring, 3 minutes. Add half-and-half in a stream, whisking, and bring to a boil, whisking. Reduce heat and simmer, whisking, 3 minutes.

For the pico de gallo:
2 roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
1 handful cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup green onion tops, chopped
Squeeze of lime juice

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Beat the cream cheese, mayo, and yogurt together until smooth. Add the white and light parts of the green onions (dark green parts will be used for the pico), lemon juice, and 1 1/4 cup grated cheese. Fold in artichokes and crab. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer to a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish and spread evenly, sprinkling the remaining cheese on top.. Bake for about 20 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown. To make the pico, toss all ingredients together and set aside until ready to serve. Remove the dip from the oven, top with pico, and serve with blue corn tortilla chips, crackers, or toasted crostini. Best when hot or very warm, leftovers will keep a couple of days.
