FABULOUS HOT COCOA FOR A GROUP

Steps:

• Mix first 6 ingredients in a saucepan or crock pot until well combined and heated. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Garnish with whipped cream and marshmallows as desired!

CROCK-POT HOT COCOA FOR A GROUP

Steps:

• In large saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa and salt.
• Add hot water slowly, mixing well.
• Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils.
• Boil and stir 2 minutes.
• Add milk; heat to serving temperature, stirring occasionally. DO NOT boil.
• Remove from heat; add vanilla, cinnamon if desired, and whip with a whisk.
• Serve hot, with whipped cream or marshmallows if desired.
• This recipe can be doubled and kept in crockpot for easier serving to large groups.

Steps:

• Stir together sugar, cocoa and salt in a 4- to 6-quart saucepan.
• Heat milk in microwave until hot, but not boiling; gradually add to cocoa mixture, stirring until well-blended.
• Stir in vanilla.
• Serve immediately or keep warm over very low heat for up to 2 hours.
• At serving time, stir; pour into mugs.
• Garnish with whipped cream; sift cocoa over whipped cream if desired.
