HOT BACON CHEESY DIP RECIPE
Creamy Hot Bacon Cheesy Dip Recipe is made with cream cheese, your favorite cheddar, tangy Greek yogurt and crispy bacon. This is always a favorite dip recipe and I recommend doubling the recipe!

- Combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup cheddar cheese and 1/4 cup bacon.
- Spread mixture in a 2 cup oven-safe container.
- Top with remaining cheese and bacon.
- Bake at 350 degrees 18 to 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly
- Serve with chips, crackers or vegetables.

- Place bacon in a large skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble, and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese with mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in Swiss cheese, onions, and bacon. Place bowl in microwave, and cook 2 minutes. Remove, and stir well. Return to microwave, and cook 2 to 4 minutes more. Sprinkle crushed crackers on top. Serve warm with crackers.

- In a 1-1/2-qt. slow cooker, combine the first 6 ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or until cheeses are melted, stirring occasionally., Just before serving, stir in bacon. If desired, top with crumbled bacon. Serve warm with tortilla chips or toasted bread.

- Fry the bacon and drain on paper towels. Chop up the bacon.

- In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Place in a 1 quart baking dish. Cover. Heat for 25-30 minutes or until hot. Serve with assorted fresh vegetables, chips or crackers. You can also put the dip in a hollowed round sourdough loaf, wrapped in foil, and heated in a 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
