1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3 green onions, chopped
8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled, divided
1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers
Assorted crackers

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, thyme and pepper. Stir in cheese, green onions and half the bacon. Transfer to a greased 3-cup baking dish., Bake, uncovered, 13-15 minutes or until bubbly. Top with crushed crackers and remaining bacon. Serve with assorted crackers.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 loaf (16 oz.) round Italian bread
12 slices OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses
1 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut lengthwise slice from top of bread loaf. Remove center, leaving 1-inch-thick shell. Cut removed bread into bite-sized peices; set aside.
  • Mix remaining ingredients until well blended. Spoon into bread shell; cover with top of bread. Wrap in foil. Place on baking sheet.
  • Bake 15 to 20 or until filling is heated through. Serve with the reserved bread pieces and assorted crackers.

2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, cubed
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup half-and-half cream
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
16 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
Tortilla chips or toasted French bread slices

Steps:

  • In a 1-1/2-qt. slow cooker, combine the first 6 ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or until cheeses are melted, stirring occasionally., Just before serving, stir in bacon. If desired, top with crumbled bacon. Serve warm with tortilla chips or toasted bread.

1 round loaf (1 pound) sourdough bread
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1-1/2 cups sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1-1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
3/4 pound sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup chopped green onions
Assorted crackers

Steps:

  • Cut the top fourth off the loaf of bread; carefully hollow out the bottom, leaving a 1-in. shell. Cut the removed bread and top of loaf into cubes; set aside., In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add the sour cream, cheddar cheese and Worcestershire sauce until blended; stir in bacon and onions. , Spoon into bread shell. Wrap in a piece of heavy-duty foil (about 24x17 in.). 1 cup mayonnaise

  • Place bacon in a large skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble, and set aside.

  • Mix all ingredients except bread in a large bowl.
  • Set aside.

8 strips Wright Brand Naturally Hickory Smoked Bacon
8 ounces cream cheese (1 package, softened)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
⅓ cup mayonnaise
3 green onions (thinly sliced)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
assorted crackers for dipping

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8 x 8 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Cook 8 strips of bacon to desired crispiness (get the instructions HERE for our favorite way to cook bacon). Crumble 6 strips of bacon and set aside the other two strips for later.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together crumbled bacon, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, 2 of the green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Spread mixture in prepared 8 x 8 inch pan and cook for 10 minutes, then stir. Crumble the two remaining bacon strips and top the bacon cheese mixture with the bacon crumbles and remaining green onion. Cook for 5 more minutes, then remove from oven and serve with your favorite assorted crackers.
