This is a wonderful appetizer or dip that is not truly hot, but it is easy, cheesy and great! Serve with crackers, toast or vegetables.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Lightly grease a medium baking dish.
- Blend together the cheese, mayonnaise and whipping cream. Stir in the artichokes, green onions and pimentos. Mix well, and transfer to the prepared baking dish.
- Bake 25 minutes in the preheated oven, until lightly browned.

- Mix 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper together in a stand mixer; pour into an 8-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese over the top of the mixture.

- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine the artichokes, mayonnaise, cream cheese, black pepper, garlic powder, 1 cup of the shredded mozzarella, and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese. Mix until blended together completely. Taste test and add more garlic powder and salt if needed.
- Spread the dip into a 9-inch-deep dish pie plate or a 9-10 inch cast iron pan
- Sprinkle the remaining one cup mozzarella cheese on top, then sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese over top of dip.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the top is bubbly and browned and the dip is heated through. If the dip is browning too quickly, cover with aluminum foil then continue to bake until heated through.
- Serve hot with assorted crackers, bread crisps, etc.

- 1. Squeeze roasted garlic cloves into the work bowl of a food processor. Add half of the softened cream cheese and cayenne and process, pulsing, until smooth. Add remaining cream cheese and half of the lemon juice. Process until mixture is smooth. Scrape into a bowl.
- 2. Add lobster chunks to the processor bowl and pulse briefly until coarsely chopped. Add lobster to cream cheese dip mixture and mix well.

- Cut the unpeeled garlic bulb in half through the middle with a sharp knife. Lay the two discs in an oven-safe dish with the cut side up (ramekins work great). Pour the olive oil over the exposed cloves, cover the dish with foil, and bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes while preparing the other ingredients. The garlic should be soft and light golden brown.
- Cut bacon into 1/4 inch slices and fry in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and set aside.
