Believed to be in rotation as early as 1895, the Horse's Neck cocktail is proof that the simplest combinations can often be the most satisfying.

2 ounces bourbon, brandy or American rye whiskey
Ginger ale, chilled, to top
Garnish: lemon peel

  • Add the whiskey into a Collins glass over ice.
