- PREHEAT oven to 400°F Line a 13x9x2-inch baking pan with Reynolds Wrap Release Non-Stick Foil with non-stick side toward food. Combine honey, mustard, butter, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; set aside.
- PLACE salmon in center of foil-lined pan. Arrange asparagus around salmon. Sprinkle with walnuts; drizzle with reserved sauce.
- BAKE 20 to 22 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.

- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Blend honey, mustard, butter, Worcestershire sauce, cornstarch and pepper; set aside.
- Center one-fourth of asparagus on each sheet of foil.
- Top with salmon steaks.
- Drizzle with honey-mustard sauce.
- Sprinkle with walnuts.
- Bring up foil sides.
- Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
- Repeat to make four packets.
- Bake 17-23 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven.

We eat salmon almost every week and I am always looking for new ways to make it - thought this recipe sounded good and easy. This recipe can be easily adjusted to how many people you have or how much salmon you have. It can also be used for whole, steaks or fillets. - Prepare barbeque grill.
- In a small cup or bowl combine honey and mustard.
- Place foil on barbeque grill. Poke holes in the foil about 3-inches apart.
- Place salmon on foil.
- Baste salmon with honey/mustard mixture.
- Turn fish and baste other side.
- Grill until fish is done.

This is a quick and easy dinner. Pop the packets into the oven while you set the table and in 15-minutes you have a nutritious dish with virtually no clean up. Serve this with a rice or couscous dish and extra lemon on the side. This recipe was found at another web site.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Snap the ends off asparagus spears (they will break where tender) and divide into 4 equal portions.
- Spray the center of each foil sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place one salmon fillet in the center of each sheet, top with a serving of the asparagus and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Sprinkle with fresh ground pepper and salt or seasoning blend as desired.
- Bring up the sides of foil and fold top over twice.
- Seal ends, leaving room for air to circulate inside the packet.
- Place packets on a cookie sheet and cook in oven for 15 to 18 minutes or until salmon is opaque.
- Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
- Please use caution when opening the foil packs, as the steam is very hot.

- preheat oven to 325.
- Wash and trim ends from asparagus.
- Tear off a sheet of Reynolds Wrap aluminum foil long enough to wrap the asparagus inches Place the rinsed asparagus on the foil and dot with butter.
- Bring up foil side. Double fold top and ends to seal making one large foil packet, leaving room for heat to circulate inside.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until asparagus is crips tender. Open foil, season with salt and pepper.
- Combine sour cream, vinegar, mustard, sugar and red pepper flakes in small microwave bowl to make sauce. Microwave on high 90 seconds or until warm.
- Serve over asparagus.
