S'mores Bars are an easy, decadent 5 ingredient dessert layered with marshmallows, milk chocolate, and graham cracker crust, no campfire required!

30 graham crackers (, 2 packs, crushed to crumbs)
1 cup unsalted butter (melted)
1/4 teaspoon salt
16 ounces mini marshmallows (, 6 cups)
12 ounces milk chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs (set aside 1/4 cup of the graham cracker crumbs), butter and salt.
  • Press mixture into 9x13 pan and bake 10 minutes.
  • Top with 4 cups of the mini marshmallows and bake for 10 more minutes.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes to let the marshmallows deflate.
  • Add the whole bag of milk chocolate chips in an even layer.
  • Top with remaining marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs and bake for 10 more minutes.
  • Let cool completely before slicing.

1/4 cup butter
1 (10.5 oz) bag mini marshmallows, plus 2 cups
7 cups Golden Graham cereal
2 cups milk chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Spray a 9×9 pan with cooking spray.
  • Over low heat melt butter.
  • Mix in 10.5 oz bag of marshmallows, stirring frequently until melted. Remove from heat.
  • Stir in Golden Graham cereal. Let sit for 2 minutes.
  • Pour in 2 cups extra marshmallows and stir until combined.
  • Pour in milk chips and stir until combined. At this point the mixture will be difficult to stir and the milk chips will melt slightly, but not completely...this is what you want.
  • When chips mixed in pour into prepared pan and press evenly.
  • Let cool at least 15 minutes before cutting into squares.

Steps:

  • Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Set aside.
  • In a large saucepan over low heat, melt butter most of the way.
  • Add 16 ounces marshmallows, and stir until completely melted.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Stir in 8 cups cereal until combined.
  • Add remaining 5 ounces marshmallows and 1/2 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips, and stir to combine.
  • Press cereal into baking dish.1
  • Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cereal and 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips.

These healthy s'mores bars are the perfect gooey & sweet summer dessert! This recipe is super easy to bake for summer parties and an easily be made vegan. No fire needed and baked in just 35 minutes!

9 graham crackers ((one sleeve in a general 3-sleeve box))
1/3 cup coconut sugar (less if using sweeter graham crackers like Honeymaid)
4 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup dairy free chocolate chips
1/2 can coconut cream (full fat)
2 tbsp coconut sugar (more if you want it sweeter.)
1 cup marshmallows (use Dandie's if vegan, Max Mallow if keto)

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350F.
  • Pulse the graham crackers, coconut sugar and cinnamon in a food processor until you get fine crumbs. Add in coconut oil and combine until consistently mixed. Press graham cracker mixture into an 8X8 Pyrex dish lined with parchment paper or sprayed with coconut oil spray.
  • Bake s'mores graham cracker crust for 5 minutes while preparing coconut cream mixture.
  • Mix coconut cream with 1/4 cup coconut sugar until well incorporated. Once graham cracker crust is pre-baked spread coconut cream mixture on top of s'mores graham cracker crust.
  • Top with chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of marshmallows. Bake for 20 minutes then add remaining marshmallows. Bake additional 10 minutes then top with tiny pieces of Lily's chocolate bars.

  • Combine corn syrup and butter in a large pot and bring to a boil. Remove pot from heat and immediately add chocolate chips; stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Fold cereal and marshmallows into the chocolate mixture to coat.
  • Grease a 13x9-inch baking dish. Press cereal mixture into the dish; refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

8 cups Golden Grahams™ cereal
1 bag (10 oz) miniature marshmallows (5 1/2 cups)
1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips (9 oz)
5 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

  • Grease 13x9-inch pan with butter. Measure cereal into large bowl.
  • Reserve 1 cup of the marshmallows. In 3-quart saucepan, heat remaining 4 1/2 cups marshmallows, the chocolate chips, butter, sugar and water over low heat, stirring occasionally, until completely melted. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Pour marshmallow mixture over cereal in bowl; stir until evenly coated. Stir in remaining 1 cup marshmallows.
  • Press firmly in pan. Cool at least 1 hour until firm. For bars, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
