Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray, and place the two pork tenderloins on top.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, olive oil, orange juice, dijon mustard, garlic, rosemary, and pepper. Cut small slits in the top of each of the tenderloins, about halfway through (about 6 slits on each). Pour the sauce over the top of the tenderloins.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes, spooning the sauce over the top of the tenderloins every 10 minutes. This creates a super yummy glaze on top, and will soak into the slits you cut in the meat. Bake until a meat thermometer inserted in the largest part of the tenderloins reads 145.
- Remove tenderloins from the oven and allow to rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving. Serve with sauce from the pan drizzled over the top. Enjoy!

GRILLED PORK TENDERLOIN WITH HONEY, MUSTARD & SOY
I can't even describe how amazing this pork is, the flavor, the tenderness, the sweet, the savory, the smokiness, but maybe I just did! Here's a good one guys, marinated pork tenderloins in a glorious combination of soy sauce, honey, red wine, Dijon, garlic, pepper and green onions, then grilled to perfection and OMG! The marinade is the basting sauce and the finishing sauce, so easy peasy!

Steps:
- Start by adding all of the marinade ingredients to a medium saucepan over medium heat, stir and cook for 4-5 minutes, then remove from the heat and let it cool down.
- Place the pork tenderloins in a large ziplock placed in a bowl or dish. Pour in the cooled marinade, cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
- Remove the tenderloins and pour the marinade into a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 12 to 15 minutes or until reduced by half.
- Prepare your grill, oil the grates and grill the tenderloins over indirect heat with the lid on for 12 minutes on each side, baste with the reserved marinade. The pork will develop a beautiful crust, it's ok if it gets charred.
- Let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing into thick slices, serve with the remaining marinade. This pork is pictured with my roasted Italian potatoes, delish together!

- If you have time, make the brine (see Note on the right side) and place the tenderloins in a container, add the brine to cover (you can also use a sturdy gallon-sized zippertop bag), and brine the tenderloins for 2 to 8 hours.
- Mix together 1 tablespoon of the olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, salt (if you are brining the pork, skip the salt) and pepper until well blended. Smear the pork all over with the mixture to coat; at this point you can cover the pork and refrigerate it for up to a day.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Heat a large oven proof skillet, preferably cast iron, over medium high heat, and add the remaining 2 teaspoons of olive oil. Place the tenderloins in the hot pan (save the marinade left behind to use for roasting). Brown for 2 minutes on all sides, turning so that the entire outside gets nicely seared, about 10 minutes in total.
- Transfer the pan to the oven, spoon the rest of the marinade over the tenderloins and roast until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of the pork loins registers 140°F degrees, which could take anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes depending on the thickness of the pork loins. Let rest for 10 to 15 minutes before slicing.
