EASY CROCK POT PEACH COBBLER
Simple and delicious crock pot peach cobbler

Steps:
- Melt butter and place in the bottom of your 6 quart slow cooker
- In a mixing bowl combine the remaining ingredients except the peaches
- Pour batter into the slow cooker
- Spoon peaches and syrup on top of the batter-- do not mix.
- Set slow cooker on high and cook for 1½ - 2 hours OR until top of cobbler is set.
- Note: You may want to put a paper towel under the lid while baking to catch condensation.
SLOW COOKER EASY PEACH COBBLER
Delightfully sweet and rich. The crust is buttery with bits of crumbly bits on the top and the peaches are super juicy and bursting with flavor. It reminds me of the dump cake-version of peach cobbler that we would enjoy after long days on the lake in the summer. Serve warm, topped with cold vanilla ice cream.

Steps:
- Combine peaches and sugar in a medium bowl. Stir well and let stand for 5 minutes.
- Liberally spray a slow cooker with cooking spray.
- Stir peaches once more and add to the prepared slow cooker. Sprinkle cake mix evenly over the peaches; don't stir. Distribute butter pieces evenly over the cake mix.
- Cover and cook on High until cake is done and golden and bubbly around the edges, about 3 1/2 hours. Turn off slow cooker and let stand 15 minutes before serving.

- Place two peach halves in each of two ungreased 8-oz. custard cups. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Drizzle with honey and dot with butter. In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in shortening until crumbly. Gradually add milk, tossing with a fork until mixture forms a ball. Drop by teaspoonfuls over peaches. Bake at 425° for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with ice cream.
