CRANBERRY ORANGE SAUCE
A healthy cranberry orange sauce for Thanksgiving turkey that's naturally sweetened with honey and spiced with cinnamon. Ready in 20 minutes!

Steps:
- Bring cranberries, orange zest, orange juice, 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons honey, water, cinnamon, cloves, and salt to a simmer over medium heat.
- Continue cooking, stirring often, until the cranberries break down and the sauce thickens. Taste (careful, it will be hot!) and add an additional 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey as desired. If sauce becomes too thick, add a little extra water to reach the desired consistency. Let cool, then serve.

Steps:
- Pick through cranberries and throw away any bad ones. In a medium saucepan set to medium-high heat, add cranberries, water, orange juice, and honey. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low.
- Let thicken, stirring occasionally for about 8-10 minutes until most of the cranberries half burst and the sauce is the desired thickness (sauce will thicken much more as it cools).
- Remove from heat and stir in orange zest, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Taste and adjust if desired. Watch out - it will be hot!
- Refrigerate in a sealed container and bring to room temperature before serving. Sauce will keep in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

- Heat orange juice and water in a saucepan over medium heat until warm, about 3 minutes. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Mix in cinnamon stick, cloves, nutmeg, and allspice. Add cranberries and cook, stirring occasionally, until they pop, about 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and pour sauce into a bowl. Cover and refrigerate, 8 hours to overnight.
