- Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the tomato sauce, onions, chilies, garlic and salt. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream. Drain noodles. , Place 1/2 cup beef mixture in a 1-qt. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Layer with half of the noodles, cream cheese mixture and cheese. Spread 1/2 cup beef mixture over cheese; repeat layers. Spoon remaining beef mixture over top. , Cover and bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.

- Cook beef in large skillet over medium heat, stirring often, 8 minutes or until meat crumbles and is no longer pink. Stir in diced tomatoes with basil and next 5 ingredients. Bring to boil; reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes. Remove form heat. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook egg noodles in boiling salted water as package directs. Drain. Stir together hot cooked noodles, chopped green onions, sour cream and cream cheese until blended. Spoon noodle mixture into a lightly greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. top with beef mixture; sprinkle with shredded cheeses in order listed. Bake, covered, for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 more minutes. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Freeze assembled, unbaked casserole up to 1 month, if desired. Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Bake as directed.

Add both cans of tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, sugar, Italian seasoning, and pepper. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook egg noodles according to package directions and drain well. In a medium bowl, stir together noodles, green onions, sour cream, and cream cheese. Spoon noodle mixture into a greased 13X9-inch baking dish. Top with beef mixture. Sprinkle with cheeses. Spray a piece of aluminum foil with cooking spray and place cooking spray side down on top of baking dish to cover. Bake for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 more minutes.
