1 1/2 Tbsp dried Minced garlic
1 Tbsp Black sesame seeds

  • Measure out the seasonings.
  • Stir to combine.
  • Store in an air tight container.

1½ tbsp poppy seeds
2 tbsp white sesame seeds
1 tbsp black sesame seeds
1½ tbsp dried minced garlic
1½ tbsp dried onion flakes
2 tsp flaked sea salt or coarse sea salt

Steps:

  • In a mixing bowl or jar, combine all ingredients, until well mixed.
  • Store in an air-tight container, mason or shaker jar, and keep in your pantry.
  • Sprinkle over bagels, avocado toast, scrambled tofu, potatoes, homemade bread, salads, roasted veggies and more.
