Made with Greek yogurt, it's zesty, creamy, and so much more wholesome and flavorful than store-bought ranch dressing.

½ tablespoon vinegar
⅓ cup milk, or as needed
2 tablespoons dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried dill
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon ground paprika
5 fresh chives, finely chopped
salt to taste
1 cup Greek yogurt

Steps:

  • Pour vinegar into a 1-cup liquid measure. Add enough milk to make 1/3 cup. Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, combine parsley, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, pepper, paprika, chives, and salt in a small bowl. Mix in Greek yogurt. Gradually stir in buttermilk to thin out dressing.

1/2 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 ½ teaspoons fresh lemon juice (or can sub apple cider vinegar)
1/2 teaspoon dried dill or fresh chopped chives
1/4 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
2 tablespoons water to thin dressing
Optional: 1/4 teaspoon honey

Steps:

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl or a mason jar and mix until well combined. If using a mason jar, you can simply put the lid on and shake the jar until well combined. Dressing serves 4, 2 tablespoons each.

¼ cup light sour cream
½ teaspoon dried parsley
½ teaspoon dried dill weed
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Whisk Greek yogurt, buttermilk, sour cream, parsley, dill, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Refrigerate, covered, so flavors blend, about 30 minutes.
