12 oz. fluid very strong brewed coffee or espresso, chilled
8 oz. fluid whole milk (more to taste)
1/3 c. sweetened, condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 c. chocolate syrup
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips (more if desired!)
Whipped cream
1/4 c. half-and-half (optional)

Steps:

  • To make Vanilla Frappuccino: Add coffee, milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla to a blender. Top off blender with ice and blend until smooth and icy. (Add half-and-half if you'd like it to be a little richer and creamier.) Serve in a glass with whipped cream on top.To make Mocha Frappuccino: Add coffee, milk, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and chocolate syrup to a blender. Top off blender with ice and blend until smooth and icy. (Add half-and-half if you'd like it to be a little richer and creamier.) Serve in a glass with whipped cream on top.To make a Mocha Chip Frappucchino: Add coffee, milk, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, chocolate syrup, and chocolate chips to a blender.   • Pour the coffee into a blender with the milk and two or three handfuls of ice. Add as much sugar syrup as you like, starting with a small amount - you can always stir more in at the end if you'd like it sweeter.
  • Blend until foamy and the ice is broken into slush. Pour into a glass and add a scoop of ice cream or some whipped cream, if you like.

2 tbsp. sweetener

Steps:

  • Make the coffee. Make your espresso or coffee extra strong for the best flavor.
  • After the coffee is finished, blend all of the ingredients, except for the whipped cream and any other toppings. In other words, you should combine the ice, coffee, milk, sweetener, and spices. If you don't have a blender, you can mix the ingredients together by hand. For best results, use a blender until the ingredients are blended well.
  • Once all the ingredients are blended well, pour the drink into your chilled mug. Then, add the whipped cream and additional toppings if desired. For a Caramel Frappuccino, don't forget the caramel sauce at the top.
  • Finally, you can enjoy your Frappuccino. Serve the drink immediately so that it doesn't have time to melt. Depending on the thickness, you may need a spoon or straw.

"Metrios" : 1-2 tsps of instant coffee, 1-2 tsps of sugar (equal amount of coffee and sugar)
"Glykos" : 1-2 tsps of instant coffee, 2-4 tsps of sugar (double the amount of sugar than coffee)
"Me gala" : 1 tbsp evaporated milk (the amount of milk can vary according to preference)

Steps:

  • To prepare this Greek frappe coffee recipe, first of all get a tall glass, a teaspoon and an electric whizzer.
  • Then add the instant coffee (Nescafe), sugar and about 2-3 tbsp's of cold water. You want just enough to cover the coffee and then add one tbsp more.
  • Whiz the mixture until a thick, creamy foam is produced.
  • Pour the mixture into the serving glass.
