All of my friends rave about these frosty drinks. I pour my leftover coffee in ice cube trays and keep them on hand all the time. You can make fun squiggly designs on insides of glasses with chocolate syrup, before pouring mochas. Top with whipped cream.

- Pour coffee into ice cube tray. Freeze until solid, or overnight.
- In a blender, combine coffee ice cubes, milk, chocolate syrup and sugar. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

- 1. Put the four lime wedges into a glass, then add the sugar and muddle (squish everything together) to release the lime juice
- 2. Put the mint leaves on one hand and clap. This bruises the leaves and releases the aroma. Rub the mint leaves around the rim of the glass and drop them in. Use a muddler, bar spoon (or even a rolling pin) to gently push the mint down into the lime juice 3. Half fill the glass with crushed ice and pour in the Bacardi Carta Blanco. Stir the mix together until the sugar dissolves 4. Top up with crushed ice, a splash of the soda water and garnish it with a sprig of mint

Steps:
- Pack clean fresh snow into 2 13x9 pans until dense and smooth on top.
- Keep snow or crushed ice outside or in freezer until ready to use.
- Add maple syrup & butter to saucepan.
- Boil uncovered on medium high heat until the syrup reaches 250 - 260 degrees.
- Do not stir.
- Remove from heat immediately and pour small strips of hot syrup on snow until pot is empty.
- A second person (wearing winter gloves) should roll each hot strip onto a popsicle stick or fork and leave on the snow to cool.
- Eat when cool.
- The syrup is extremely hot - it can cause severe burns.
- Store uneaten sticks on cookie sheets lined with waxed paper in the deep freeze.
- They will keep for several weeks.
FROZEN MUDSLIDE
Steps:
- Gather the ingredients.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup inside a chilled hurricane glass . Place it in the freezer immediately to allow the chocolate to set up while you make the drink.
- In a blender , pour the vodka, coffee liqueur, and Irish cream and blend quickly to mix.
- Add the crushed ice and ice cream, then blend until smooth .
- Pour the drink into the chocolate-laced glass.
- Garnish with a small dollop of whipped cream and grated chocolate.
