1 ½ cups HONEY MAID Graham Cracker Crumbs
3 tablespoons sugar
⅓ cup butter or margarine, melted
4 (8 ounce) packages PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 eggs

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  • Mix crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar and butter; press firmly onto bottom of pan.
  • Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust.
  • 55 min. or until center is almost set. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate 4 hours.

1 c graham cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp butter, melted
FILLING
2 pkg (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs, separated
TOPPING
1 c sour cream
2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Steps:

  • 1. Crust: Combine crumbs, sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 9 inch spring form pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Combine cream cheese, sugar, juice, peel and vanilla, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add egg yolks, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into cream cheese mixture. Pour over crust. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.
  • 3. Combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Carefully spread over cheesecake; continue baking for 10 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill.

1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 eggs
1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Mix graham crumbs, butter and 1/4 cup sugar; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
  • Beat cream cheese and remaining sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add sour cream and vanilla; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating on low speed after each addition just until blended. Pour over crust.
  • Bake 1 hour to 1 hour 10 min. or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate cheesecake 4 hours.
  • Top with pie filling before serving.

Add the lemon juice, lemon zest and vanilla and process to blend, then add the egg yolk and process. In a separate bowl, whip the egg white until stiff. Fold the cheesecake batter into the egg white (or vice versa) and then transfer it to the loaf pan.
