DRIED BEEF CHEESE BALL
This recipe is our family's holiday favorite. Grandma usually doubles the recipe, otherwise it won't last long! It can be rolled in ground nuts, bacon bits, or left plain.

Steps:
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, dried beef, and chopped onions. Mix well, then season with onion salt, monosodium glutamate, and Worcestershire sauce. Form into a ball, and refrigerate.

This is a recipe my nieghbor Pam gave me a few years ago, I really love ti and it is a favorite of my Dad's. You can increase or decrease the amount of onion and mustard to your own tastes, I like it kind of extra mustardy.

- In a mini food processer, finely chop dried beef. Mix all other ingredients with the chopped dried beef and mix until combined. Form into ball and roll in nuts if desired. Serve with crackers.
