Steps:
- In a large bowl, using a hand mixer, beat together the cheeses, then add in the parsley and seasonings and beat until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture onto plastic wrap, tightly cover and shape into a cone. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, and preferably overnight.
- Transfer the cheese ball cone onto a serving plate to decorate. Lightly press some of the parsley into the cheese, then dot the pine nuts to create a string light effect. Decorate next with bell pepper pieces and pistachio nuts to resemble baubles or ornaments.
- Press in the remaining parsley to fill in any gaps. Then cut a star from a thick slice of cheese using a small cookie cutter. I attached it to the top of the tree with a toothpick to keep it secure.
- Serve with crackers, bread, or sturdy chips.

- Cut the cheese into bite sized chunks. Wash the fruit, plucking the grapes off of the vine or cutting them into small clusters of 4-5 grapes each.
- On a large flat serving board, arrange a single layer to shape the tree. Start at the bottom and work your way up: Cheddar cheese, then green grapes, then colby-jack cheese, red grapes, gouda, green grapes, parmesan, and finally blackberries.
- Once you have the initial shape, you can build up the tree by adding more layers of fruit and cheese.

- Place a piece of non-stick plastic wrap on a clean bench top or work surface. Scoop the cream cheese mixture out onto the plastic wrap and completely cover with another piece of wrap (you may need two pieces to cover it).
- Use your hands to mould the cream cheese into a tree shape. Then, carefully pick up the tree with one hand and peel off the plastic wrap on the bottom of the tree with your other hand. Place the tree straight onto a serving plate.
