HOLIDAY CEREAL BEARS
Crunchy treats with marshmallow and cereal are always a favorite, and these, with chocolate flavor and fun animal shapes, are sure to be hits.

Steps:
- Melt butter in Dutch oven over medium-low heat. Add marshmallows; cook until marshmallows are melted, stirring frequently. Stir in cereal until well coated. Cool 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, line large cookie sheet with waxed paper; spray paper with nonstick cooking spray. Spray inside of 5 to 6-inch open bear cookie cutter. Place sprayed cookie cutter on sprayed waxed paper. Generously butter or spray hands and fingers.
- Press cereal mixture into cookie cutter, packing tightly. Remove cookie cutter; place in different spot on waxed paper. Continue forming bears until all mixture is used. If necessary, respray cookie cutter.
- Place chocolate chips in small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds; stir until melted and smooth. If necessary, microwave an additional 20 seconds. Attach candy heart to each bear with small amount of melted chocolate.
- With melted chocolate, attach red baking bits for noses, blue baking bits for eyes and green baking bits for buttons. Cut strips of chewy fruit snack rolls and tie around neck of each bear. Let stand 30 minutes to set. Wrap each bear in plastic wrap; tie ribbon around neck.

HOLIDAY NO BAKE CEREAL BARS RECIPE

Steps:
- Line a 9x13-inch pan with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Gather all ingredients; this recipe goes fast and you don't want to stop to measure.
- Mix cereal and 3/4 cup sprinkles in a large mixing bowl.
- Bring corn syrup and sugar to a boil in a medium saucepan. Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
- Pour syrup mixture over cereal and sprinkles. Stir to coat evenly. Be careful, it's hot! Pat mixture into pan.
- Mix topping ingredients together in microwave-safe bowl; microwave on high in 30 second increments, stirring between each, until melted and smooth. Spread over cereal mixture. Top with remaining sprinkles. Cool (or chill) 1 hour to set. Cut into bars.

- Spray bottom and sides of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. In 2-quart saucepan, heat sugar and corn syrup to boiling over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter until melted.
- In extra-large bowl, stir cereal and peanut butter mixture with wooden spoon until cereal is evenly coated. Stir in 1 cup of the candies.
- Press cereal mixture in pan. Immediately sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup candies; press in lightly with fingers. Let stand about 30 minutes until cool. For bars, cut into 6 rows by 6 rows.
