I got this recipe on another website but made it my own. It works with any fruit puree; I've tried apple and cantaloupe and banana. They are so good! I want to try pumpkin with pumpkin spice instead of cinnamon, YUM!

HG'S KICKIN' CRANBERRY SAUCE - WW POINTS = 1
This recipe was in an email today for Thanksgiving recipes from Hungry Girl: Dab or pile this stuff on top of your turkey. Or just eat it plain! Steps:
- In a medium pot, combine cranberries, Splenda, and sugar with 1 3/4 cups water. Set stove to medium heat, cover pot, and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce to a simmer and continue to cook for 10 minutes, uncovering to stir occasionally. Meanwhile, in a small dish, combine gelatin with 1/4 cup cold water, stir well and set aside.
- Turn off heat and stir in gelatin mixture, stirring until dissolved and thoroughly combined. Stir in cinnamon and apples and mix well. Transfer mixture to a bowl, and refrigerate for at least 5 hours (overnight is best).
- Once chilled and set, remove mixture from the fridge and give it a good stir. Drain juice from the can of orange segments. Roughly chop orange segments and drain any excess liquid from them. Slightly crush almonds so that they break into smaller pieces. Add chopped orange segments and almond pieces to the cranberry sauce, and mix thoroughly. Serve with lean turkey, pork, or chicken, or anything else you like cranberries with!
EASY PAN GRAVY - WW POINTS = 1
This recipe comes from my Weight Watchers Magazine, November/December 2008. Just in time for the Holidays! Two other recipes that go along with this one are Recipe #332120 and Recipe #332015, each posted separately. FOOD NOTE: Want to skip the Madeira in the gravy while retaining the great flavor? Not a problem. Just substitute 1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice or reduced-sodium chicken broth in step 2 (the POINTS value will remain the same).

Steps:
- Scrape the pan drippings into a glass measure. Let stand 5 minutes; then skim off and discard the fat.
- Combine the remaining pan drippings and the Madeira in the roasting pan; bring to a foil over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until reduced by one half, about 3 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the broth and flour, beating with a whisk until blended. Stir the broth mixture into the roasting pan, whisking constanly, and cook until the gravy thickens slightly, about 3 minutes. Add the jelly, beating with the whisk until blended, and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes. Strain through a sieve into a saucepan or gravy boat and keep warm.
