THE BEST SUGAR FREE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
Steps:
- Start by preheating your oven to 350 and prepping a cookie sheet for nonstick.
- In a medium sized mixing bowl, use a fork or a whisk to mix together the flour and baking soda. Set this bowl aside. Next, in a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and the sugar alternatives (white and brown alternatives).
- Stir in the dry ingredients from the medium mixing bowl (flour and baking soda) until just blended Then stir in the eggs and the vanilla extract. Do not over mix. Then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Bake your cookies for 10-12 minutes or until they begin to brown. Then allow them to cool on a baking rack.

- Cream butter and sugar in large bowl.
- Add eggs and vanilla; blend well.
- Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
- Blend into creamed mixture drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet bake at 350° for 10 minutes (Do not over bake. Cookies will be soft. They will puff during baking, flatten upon cooling.) cool on cookie sheet until set, about 1 minute remove to wire rack to cool.

I got this recipe off the back of the bag of Sugar Free Hershey's Sugar Free Chocolate Chips. I tried them and they are pretty tasty. (Be careful not to eat more than a couple at a time...they may have a laxative effect due to the ingredients in the sugar free chocolate chips).

- 1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- 2. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt. Beat butter, both sugars and vanilla in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs, beat well. Gradually add flour mixture beating well. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts if desired. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto slightly greased cookie sheet (I use 'Bakers' Joy').
- 3. Bake 7-9 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool slightly. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cook completely. Makes about 4 1/2 dozen cookies.

- Toast walnuts for 5 minutes stirring once when oven reaches temperature.
- Stir or sift together flour, baking soda and salt (I used my food processor, the best sifter ever!).
- Beat butter, granulated sugar blend and brown sugar blend together until slightly creamy.
- Add eggs and vanilla and beat well.
- Stir in sugar free chips and nuts, if desired.
- Drop by rounded teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until edges are slightly browned.
- Cool slightly and remove to wire rack to cool completely.
