1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 eggs
3/4 cup cocoa
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Grease 13x9x2 inch baking pan.
  • Melt butter in microwave.
  • Stir in sugar and vanilla.
  • Beat in eggs, one at a time.
  • Add cocoa, flour, baking powder and salt; beat until well blended.
  • Stir in nuts, if desired.
  • Pour batter into pan.
  • Bake 30-35 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides.
  • Cool completely.

7oz. sweetened condensed milk
¾ cup mini semi sweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • 6oz. Hershey's Cookies 'n' Creme Chocolate Candy Bar ½ cup sugar ½ cup butter Melt over med low heat until melted Whisk in 2 lightly beaten eggs and ½ teaspoon vanilla Add: 1 cup flour ½ teaspoon baking powder pinch of salt Stir until mixture is incorporated and smooth Pour into greased 9" springform pan Bake at 350°, 20 minutes Remove from oven Immediately pour 7oz. sweetened condensed milk over top of brownies Layer with ¾ cup mini semi sweet chocolate chips Let cool
