16 slices white or wheat sandwich bread
8 slices American cheese
8 slices deli ham

Steps:

  • Place a slice of cheese and a slice of ham on 8 of the bread slices. Top with remaining bread slices to make 8 total sandwiches. Use a heart, bow and/or flower cookie cutter to cut sandwiches into desired shapes. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
