Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup Heinz 57 steak sauce
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 (1 lb) can chopped tomato
1 teaspoon sugar
2 cups hot water
1 dash pepper
4 ounces elbow macaroni
green pepper, chopped if desired

Steps:

Brown beef and onion, drain off fat.
Stir in water and all other ingredients and mix well.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer uncovered 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally until macaroni is tender.

4 medium green peppers
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup cooked rice
1/4 cup Heinz 57 steak sauce
1/4 cup ketchup

Steps:

Mix all ingredients and divide to stuff peppers. Top with some extra 57 sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

2 cups hot water
1 (16 ounce) tomatoes
1/4 cup Heinz 57 steak sauce
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 dash pepper
1 cup macaroni
parsley

Steps:

Brown ground beef and onions in shortening in a skillet. Drain off excess fat. Stir in hot water, tomatoes, 57 sauce, salt, sugar, and pepper. Add macaroni; mix well. Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer, uncovered, 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until macaroni is tender. Garnish with minced parsley.
