1 Fudge Brownie Mix, a 9x13 pan size
2 packages each minature peanut butter cups, 13 ounces
4 Cups Cold Milk
2 packages Instant Vanilla Pudding, 5.1 size
1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
4 teaspoon Vanilla
2 Cool Whip, 8 ounces each

Steps:

Prepare brownie batter according to the package directions. Bake in a 9x13 baking pan @ 350* for 20-25 minutes. Cool on a wire rack; cut into 3/4" pieces. Cut peanut butter cups in half; set aside 1/3 Cup for garnish. In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mixes for 2 minutes, mixture will be thick. Add the peanut butter and vanilla, mix well. Fold in 1 1/2 of the tubs of Cool Whip. Place 1/3 of the brownies in a 5 qt. Triffle Bowl; top with 1/3 of the remaining peanut butter cups, spoon 1/3 of the pudding mixture over the top. Repeat layers twice. Cover with remaining whipped topping and garnish with peanut butter cups. Refrigerate until chilled well.

This recipe is so rich. Some people call it pink stuff, but I call it Heaven in a Bowl because it is so good. I found it in an old cookbook, that I bought at a garage sale. The book was published as a fundraiser for a Boy Scout Troop. It puts together fast and presents very well. I've made this for Church Potlucks, Thanksgiving...

1 can(s) cherry pie filling
1 can(s) mandarin oranges, drained (optional)
1 can(s) pineapple, crushed, drained
1 pkg cool whip topping, large
1 can(s) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c chopped pecans (optional)
1/2 c coconut (optional)
maraschino cherries for garnish

Steps:

1. The Directions are so simple: gather all the ingredients together, find a nice pretty bowl to put it in, but don't mix in that...wait.
2. Add all ingredients except for 1/4 cup coconut and maraschino cherries, folding gently after each ingredient. Once it has blended well,take a spatula and scoop it out of the mixing bowl into the serving dish. Sprinkle with remaining coconut and decorate with maraschino cherries. This part is very important. Do NOT eat any of it! You won't be able to stop!
3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Refrigerate leftovers. Super Rich Dessert.

1 (20 ounce) package fudge brownie mix (13-inch x 9-inch pan size)
2 eggs (or as called for by your brownie mix)
1/3 cup oil (or as called for by your brownie mix)
1/4 cup water (or as called for by your brownie mix)
2 (13 ounce) packages miniature peanut butter cups
4 cups cold 2% low-fat milk
2 (5 1/8 ounce) packages vanilla instant pudding mix
1 cup creamy peanut butter
4 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 (8 ounce) cartons frozen whipped topping, thawed

Steps:

Prepare brownie batter according to package directions. Bake in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with moist crumbs (do not overbake). Cool on a wire rack; cut into 3/4-in. pieces. Cut peanut butter cups in half; set aside 1/3 cup for garnish. In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mixes for 2 minutes (mixture will be thick). Add peanut butter and vanilla; mix well. Fold in 1-1/2 cartons whipped topping. Place a third of the brownies in a 5-qt. glass bowl; top with a third of the remaining peanut butter cups. Spoon a third of the pudding mixture over the top. Repeat layers twice. Cover with remaining whipped topping; garnish with reserved peanut butter cups. Refrigerate until chilled.
